We take pride in our products and deeply value your satisfaction. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

We create each web store garment per your style, fabric and size specifications. For this reason, please order carefully.  Consult our Size Chart and Measurement Guide when considering your size.

SOLO COSTUME CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We pride ourselves on very fast turnaround on our customized web orders.
  • If you need to cancel your order within 2 business hours of placing your order, we will refund the full amount of your order, immediately.
  • Because we quickly process your order, your customized garments could be cut as soon as 3 business hours after we receive your order. We will assess a processing fee of $10 per garment for any cancellation that comes in from 2-8 hours.
  • If your cancellation comes in after 8 business hours of your placed order, we will assess a $25 per garment cancellation fee.
  • Orders may not be cancelled after a full 8-hour business day.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on any web store customizable costume orders as these garments are cut and sewn to your specifications. Please remember, these orders are not pulled off a shelf to fulfill your order, they are cut, sewn and embellished per your individual requests. Your orders are fully insured, so if you believe your items have been damaged in shipment, please contact Satin Stitches regarding filing an insurance claim and regarding replacement costumes.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for returns.  Satin Stitches will cover the shipping costs for an exchange of a different size, but not for the exchange of another style or fabric combination, we will credit the cost of the item only, not the shipping costs.

 

GROUP COSTUME RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please remember, these orders are not pulled off a shelf to fulfill your order, they are cut, sewn and embellished per your individual requests.
